WEMBLY WOMEN MARCH TO DOWNING STREET, DELIVER DEMANDS AT No. 10—against killing they say


Hundreds of women some men and children on Sunday (18-2-68) marched in silence from The American Embassy, Grosvenor Square to Whitehall, London. The silent march in black, was a rally organised by two housewives, Mrs. Dorothy Myers and Mrs. Jessie Scarr, from Wembley, Middlesex against the Killing in Vietnam, After handing a letter in to the American Embassy they marched to Downing Street where they handed in another at No. 10.
